The candidate selection process includes the following stages:
Checking resumes and applications: The HR department promptly reviews all incoming applications and contacts candidates whose profiles match the vacant position.
Interview: The interview is carried out in 2-3 stages with the date and time agreed upon. The first interview is conducted by the HR department, the second – with the head of the relevant department, and the final – with the director of the company.
